The After Hours Counseling Service of Crisis Connection contracts with behavioral healthcare providers to seamlessly provide an affordable, after-hours presence for their clients.  We work with private practice clinicians, group practices, mental health organizations, employee assistance programs, county groups and more throughout the nation to be sure that clients speak to a real person when their primary contact isn’t available. 

 

  • Our Master’s level (at minimum) mental health counselors will field your client calls, providing crisis intervention, appropriate counseling and referral as you request.

  • We provide a comprehensive follow-up report capturing critical information that is transmitted to you following the completion of every call.

  • Your clients will have access to a dedicated phone line answered with your chosen greeting.

  •  We help you to develop a customized protocol to personalize service delivery.

  • Our service makes it possible for many independent practitioners and other groups to fulfill their 24-hour service availability requirement while providing them maximum flexibility in their scheduling.

  • Most importantly, we treat clients as you would, with professionalism, caring and respect.

Our expertise is an important component in the continuum of care and we want to serve as your professional partner.  For as little as $100 per month you can have backup after-hours, weekends and holidays support.
