CrisisPlus is
the "after-hours" counseling service, but we are more
than an after-hours crisis provider. Our trained
counselors become a seamless partner to private
practices, mental health clinics, EAPs, and government
and social service agencies. Through individual
contracts, CrisisPlus clients know that our staff will
follow their desired protocols to help clients whatever
the time of day or night, weekend or holiday. Our staff
provide a caring and professional service to callers,
intervene on immediate crisis situations, provide short-
term support and counseling to "get through the night",
conduct screenings and intakes, and provide information
and referral services.

Our
Master's level (at minimum) mental health counselors
will field your client calls, providing crisis
intervention, appropriate counseling and referrals as
you request.

provide a comprehensive follow-up report capturing
critical information that is transmitted to you
following the completion of every call.

Your
clients will have access to a dedicated phone line
answered with your chosen greeting.

We
help you to develop a customized protocol to
personalize service delivery.

Our
service makes it possible for many independent
practitioners and other groups to fulfill their
24-hour service availability requirement while
having maximum flexibility in
scheduling.
