Q: Do mobile crisis services have a fee?

A: Services are provided free of charge.  We will ask you for your insurance information if available.

Q: Are Mobile Crisis Response calls and services confidential?

A: Yes. Any personal information shared with a mobile crisis response staff member remains confidential and is not shared with anyone outside of Canvas Health without your consent.
